Four Views of the AXES Frame Assembly

Four Views of the AXES Frame Assembly

These are four wire frame views of a support assembly that staff at CEBTech Services designed to carry the instrumentation necessary for fermentations using alcohol (methanol) as a substrate and ammonia for pH control. At the bottom of this page is an enlarged 3-D view of this AXES Frame Assembly.

Ammonia is being used for pH control and oxygen for dissolved oxygen control in the fermentation. The Airflow control is used in the alcohol sensor system. At the top is a thermal mass flow controller for oxygen. The larger box shape in the center is the power supply for +5V, +15 and -15 VDC to power the alcohol sensor system, the thermal mass flow controller, and substrate weight monitoring system (68, 136, 195, 199, 226).

Isometric View of the Axes Frame Assembly

This is an isometric wire frame view of a support assembly designed by staff at CEBTech Services to carry the instrumentation necessary for fermentations using alcohol (methanol) as a substrate.

At far left of center are 3 flow meters: ammonia, oxygen, and air. Ammonia is being used for pH control and oxygen for dissolved oxygen control in the fermentation. The airflow control is used in the alcohol sensor system shown as a box at the bottom of the assembly. At the top is a thermal mass flow controller for oxygen. The larger box shape in the center is the power supply for +5V, +15 and -15 VDC to power the alcohol sensor system, the thermal mass flow controller, and substrate weight monitoring system (14, 68, 136, 195, 226).
